2 cups all purpose flour ▢1/2 cup sugar ▢3 tsp baking powder ▢1/2 tsp salt ▢1 egg ▢1 1/4 cup milk ▢1/4 cup butter melted ▢1/4 cup agave or honey
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk, butter and agave.
Stir wet ingredients into dry and mix just until moistened.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden and baked through. Cool 5 minutes then remove to a wire rack. Serve warm
