Baked Tortilla Chips Recipe

Ingredients

▢5 corn tortillas you can make more or less ▢kosher salt or other course salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut each tortilla into 6 triangle shaped wedges.

Place the tortilla wedges in a single layer onto a cooling rack placed on top of a baking sheet.

Spray or brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake for about 6 minutes, then use tongs to turn wedges over – spray again with olive oil spray and sprinkle with salt and bake an additional 6 or so minutes. Sprinkle with more salt before serving.
